Stuffed French Toast




Ingredients:
1 loaf French bread (Store bought or homemade)
3 eggs
½ cup milk
1 package cream cheese
Strawberry jam (or your favorite)
Homemade Syrup

Method:
Slice bread into 1 inch thick pieces. In a shallow dish, mix together the eggs and milk. Spread each slice of bread with cream cheese. Then spread some jam on top of the cream cheese. Sandwich two pieces together. Dip each side of the sandwich into the egg mixture cook on a greased skillet for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden. Repeat with remaining bread. Serve with homemade syrup. Enjoy!
