Ingredients:
2 spice cake mixes
1 large (29oz) can pumpkin puree
2/3 cup applesauce
1 ½-2 cups mini chocolate chips
Method:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine the cake mixes, pumpkin, and applesauce stir until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips. Spoon onto cookie sheets lined with parchment paper and bake 18-20 minutes or until cooked through. Enjoy!
Tip: Substitute chocolate chips with either raisins or chopped pecans.
