Pumpkin Rice Crispy Treats


Ingredients:
4 tablespoons butter
1 package mini marshmallows
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
6 cups rice crispy cereal
Food coloring
Tootsie rolls

Method:
In a large sauce pan melt the butter and marshmallows. Add the pumpkin pie spice and enough yellow and red food coloring to make a burnt orange color. Remove from heat and mix in the rice crispy cereal. Cool slightly. Spray your hands with cooking spray and form into balls. Repeat spraying your hands several times so you don’t get sticky. Place a small tootsie roll or the long ones cut in half into the center of the balls. Let cool completely. Enjoy!
