White Chocolate Popcorn


Ingredients:
1/3 cup popcorn kernels
1 cup white chocolate chips
Sprinkles

Method:
Using an air popper or on the stove with a large pot and 3 tablespoons of oil, pop the popcorn. (if doing stove top cover the pot and shake it so that it doesn’t burn, once it starts popping turn off the heat. Place popcorn in a large bowl. Slowly melt the white chocolate in the microwave stirring often so it doesn’t burn. Wearing gloves toss the popcorn with your hands as you drizzle over the white chocolate to coat. (you may not use all the melted chocolate) Once coated add desired sprinkles and toss to mix. Pour onto parchment paper in one layer and dry completely. Enjoy!
