Ingredients:
2 cups vanilla ice cream
¼ cup pumpkin puree
¾ cup milk
1/8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup crushed ginger snap cookies
Method:
Combine all ingredients together in a
blender and blend until well mixed. Top with whipped cream and additional
crushed ginger snaps. Enjoy!
