Fruit Bat Salsa


Ingredients:
2 granny smith apples
1 cup frozen strawberries
2 kiwis
1 orange
2 tablespoons apple jelly
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Cinnamon tortilla chip

Method:
Using a food processor or blender chop the apples very fine. Remove from food processor and place into a medium bowl. Next chop the frozen strawberries. Add them to the apples. Peel and finely chop the kiwis, add them to the bowl. Zest and juice the orange into the bowl, mix well. Add the apple jelly and brown sugar, stir well. Serve with Cinnamon tortilla chips. Enjoy!

Cinnamon Tortilla Chips
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Pat tortillas with a little water. Sprinkle them with cinnamon sugar, slice into wedges with a pizza cutter, or knife. Arrange in a single layer on a cookie sheet. Bake them for 7-10 minutes or until tortillas just start to brown. Enjoy!
