Ingredients:
Cherry tomatoes
Whipped cream cheese
Salt
Method:
Slice off the very bottoms of each tomato,
(not the stem end, so it will stand up). Using a baby spoon or 1/8 teaspoon scoop
out the insides of the tomatoes and discard. Sprinkle the cavities of the
tomatoes with salt. Fill the tomatoes with cream cheese being very generous.
