Homemade Syrup




Ingredients:
1 ½ cups milk
2 ½ tablespoons white wine vinegar
3 cups sugar
1 cup butter
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 teaspoons baking soda

Method:
In a large pot combine the milk and vinegar, let sit for about 5 minutes. Add the sugar and butter. Bring to a boil over medium high heat stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla and baking soda. The baking soda will make the syrup triple in volume, so make sure the saucepan is deep enough. Enjoy!
