Ingredients:
6 eggs
1 avocado
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
Olives
Method:
Place eggs in medium pot and cover with
warm water. Bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove eggs into an ice bath.
Let cool completely, cool eggs are easier to peel than warm ones. Peel the eggs
and slice in half length wise. Remove yolks and place in small bowl. Remove the
peel and pit of the avocado and roughly chop. Add to the egg yolks and mash
together. Add in the sour cream and lemon pepper, mix until well combined. Fill
the egg whites and add a slice of olive for the eye ball. Enjoy!
