Froggy Joes



 
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 (15oz) can tomato sauce
1 can chicken gumbo soup
1 (6oz) can tomato paste
1-2 tablespoons yellow mustard
Water (tomato sauce can ½ full)
Salt
Pepper
Hamburger buns
Green olives
Sandwich slice dill pickles
Toothpicks

Method:
In a large skillet over medium high heat cook the ground beef seasoned with salt and pepper, until browned and crumbly. Drain, and return to the pan. Add in the tomato sauce, chicken gumbo soup, tomato paste, mustard and water. Bring to a simmer, cover and reduce heat, cook until thickened, about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Assemble the froggies. Spoon some of the meat mixture onto a bun; place a pickle on the edge coming out like a tongue. Place the top of the bun on top. Put two green olives onto toothpicks and stick in the bun for eyes. Enjoy!
