Sauteed Mushrooms




Ingredients:
1 package fresh mushrooms
¼ cup butter
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt
Pepper

Method:
Using a damp paper towel wipe the mushrooms clean. Slice. Melt butter in a small sauté pan over medium high heat. Add mushrooms and thyme. Cook until mushrooms are softened and golden brown, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
