Ingredients:
1 pound bacon (I used turkey bacon)
1 package lil’ smokies sausages
¼ cup brown sugar
½-1 teaspoon chili powder
Method:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cover a
baking sheet with aluminum foil. Slice bacon in thirds. Wrap a bacon piece
around a lil’ smokie and secure with a toothpick. Lay out on the foil lined
baking sheet. Repeat with remaining sausages. In a small bowl, mix together the
brown sugar and chili powder. Sprinkle over the lil’ smokies. Cook them for
45-50 minutes or until bacon is fully cooked. Enjoy!
