Sweet Glazed Carrots




Ingredients:
1 bag baby carrots
¼ cup butter
½ cup brown sugar

Method:
Place carrots in a microwave safe bowl, add a little bit of water, and cover loosely with plastic wrap. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring every 2-3 minutes, or until carrots are almost tender. Meanwhile in a small pot bring the butter and brown sugar to a boil, boil for 1-2 minutes or until brown sugar is dissolved. Drain water off of the carrots, add in the glaze and stir to combine. Cook for another 2-3 minutes or until the carrots are tender. Enjoy!
