Cream Cheese Mashed Potatoes


Ingredients:
5 pounds russet potatoes
2 packages cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons butter, softened
4-6 tablespoons milk
Salt
Pepper

Method:
Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut in small chunks. Place in large pot, cover with water, bring to a boil, add some salt, cook the potatoes until fork tender and falling apart. Drain. Place in large bowl; add the cream cheese and butter. Mash everything together. Add milk in one tablespoon at a time, until a smooth consistency is reached, salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
