Ingredients:
1 (16oz) package egg noodles
1 pound ground beef
1 package fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 container sour cream
Onion powder
Paprika
Salt
Pepper
Method:
Cook egg noodles according to package
directions. Drain, and return to pot. Meanwhile, cook the ground beef in a
skillet over medium high heat until browned and crumbly. Add in the mushrooms
and cook until tender. Season meat mixture with a sprinkle of onion powder,
paprika, salt and pepper. Add in sour cream, mix well and heat through. Add
mixture to cooked egg noodles. Stir to combine. Enjoy!
