Ingredients:
1 onion
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
Steak and/or chicken
2 tablespoons oil
1 fajita seasoning packet
Tortillas
Shredded cheese
Guacamole
Sour cream
Method:
Slice your onion, and bell peppers into
thin strips. Sauté them together in a large skillet over medium high heat,
until tender sprinkle with half of the fajita seasoning packet, stir and set
aside. Meanwhile slice your meat into thin strips. In a separate skillet cook
the meat in the oil. Once meat is almost cooked through add in the sprinkle in the
remaining seasonings. Once meat is thoroughly cooked combine it with the sautéed
veggies. Toss to mix together. Serve with warmed tortillas, (about 10 seconds
in the microwave), shredded cheese, guacamole, and sour cream. Enjoy!
