Wontons

Ingredients:
2 packages Wonton wrappers
1 pound ground sausage
1 pound ground turkey
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Soy sauce
Sweet and sour sauce for dipping

Method:
Add the ground meats into a medium bowl. Season the meats with garlic powder, onion powder, and soy sauce to taste, (don’t use too much soy sauce or the mixture will be too wet). Mix together using your hands until well combined. Lay out several wonton wrappers at a time. Place a small amount of the meat mixture in the centers of each skin. Dip a finger in water and rub around two sides of the wrappers. Wrap up the wontons, the water acting like glue. (Dry corner to wet corner and fold the other pointes in to the middle). Make sure to seal tight so the meat doesn’t come out while cooking. Place on a plate or cookie sheet, repeat with remaining meat and wrappers. Fry wontons in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.  Serve with sweet and sour sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
